• 20 +/- pork chops
• 2 Picnic shoulder roasts

There are standard cuts of meat. However there are many different options to choose from.  For example you can turn some cuts into sausage, you can choose the thickness of your pork chops and the list goes on.

If you do not know the cuts you want or how to change any of the standard cuts we will be happy to help you customize your order. 

We raise hogs all year round  but they generally go to market twice per year.  Our orders are filled first come first serve. 

You can order half hog or whole hog.
